E.Braun & Co. introduces new ads
The premier linen retailer on Madison
Avenue and in Beverly Hills and a long-time Littlefield client, E. Braun & Co.
is debuting a new advertising campaign for fall 2006.
Departing from the traditional advertising
approach of showcasing one "hero" bedding or table setting—the typical
product-centered approach favored by most linen advertisers—Littlefield
and E. Braun & Co. have devised a more flexible and varied approach that seeks
to build awareness of the overall Brand. Each ad focuses on the kind of careful
detailing that makes E. Braun & Co. linens so unique, with stacks of mixed-and-matched
products that include embroidered shams, hemstitched sheets, cashmere throws,
quilted matelasses and the like. All these items are further coordinated in seasonally
themed colors such as greens, aquas, golds and neutrals. The ads are scheduled
to appear in Elle Décor, Architectural Digest and other design publications.

Matouk meets Ultrasuede®
The high-end American linen brand, Matouk,
has recently launched a bed and bath program named "Ultra," which
features Ultrasuede® fabrics. Both long-time Littlefield clients, Matouk and
Ultrasuede® had crossed paths many times in our studio and at photo shoots when,
for example, Ultrasuede®-covered headboards or walls appeared as props for Matouk
products. We are delighted to see customers finding each other via Littlefield,
and we look forward to supporting further collaborations in the future.

As part of Alcantara's aggressive entry
into the American auto interior market, the Brand coproduced with Subaru a display
at the prestigious New York International Auto Show this past month. Spotlighting
the luxurious blue Alcantara® featured for the seating of the Subaru

Subaru Legacy seat finished in Alcantara® and an over-sized feeler "swatch," both
backed up by posters detailing the benefits of the Brand. The Show ran from April
14 through the 23rd at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Littlefield is also
currently designing and producing marketing tools for Subaru dealers to promote

J.Josephson launches two branding campaigns simultaneously
After nearly 18 months in planning and
production, J.Josephson, one of the largest manufacturers of contract wallcoverings
in North America, has launched print advertising campaigns and websites for both
of the company's major brands, Vycon and Symphony, simultaneously.
A series of Vycon ads featuring black-and-white
photographs of flowers by Kouichi Okuwaki, and Symphony ads featuring, appropriately,
a collection of rare music instruments owned by the Museum of Fine Art in Boston,
are now running in Interior Design magazine, beginning with that magazine's Spring
Buyer's Guide.
In addition, new websites for both brands have been launched in
synch with the kickoff of the campaigns. Along with producing the ads and the
websites, Littlefield continues to work on redesigning sample binders, swatch
cards and other collateral materials for both brands.

Intel and Ultrasuede® have unveiled "ultrafashionable" concept
laptop PCs that combine the look and feel of luxurious Ultrasuede® with the

Ultrasuede® involvement in this project, Littlefield has worked directly
with GCI, Intel's agency, to produce a series of custom-made Ultrasuede®-covered
notebooks for promotion at press events in the U.S. Littlefield is also producing
a Japanese-language website promoting a similar Intel/Ultrasuede® program
in Japan.
